Overview

- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage key financial metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for performance monitoring.
- Support organizational strategy discussions with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and Board materials, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Drive the development of scalable financial processes and forecasting models.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting updates in collaboration with the CFO.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and readiness for executive review.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and resource planning.
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Support cash flow management, capital planning, and resource allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and present financial information to executive leadership and the Board.
- Lead financial evaluation of new business initiatives and operational investments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles; 20 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed environments preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and PowerBI preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and support strategic business decisions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business-related events and meetings.
