Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prescribe and manage medications, fluids, and therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and specialists to coordinate care.
• Educate families about neonatal care and provide emotional support.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in neonatal care.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
• National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Significant clinical experience in neonatal services.
• Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and basic life support techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and family education.
