- Collaborate with project management teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare facility protocols and infection control procedures.

- Provide leadership and foster a culture of safety and quality on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead on-site construction efforts from mobilization through project turnover.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience on commercial or light industrial projects.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- OSHA 30 certification required for compliance and safety management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage fast-paced construction sites.
- Willingness to travel across Ohio and surrounding states for project oversight.
