Job Description

Overview

  • Lead operations at a multispecialty surgery center with 4 ORs and 1 procedure room.
  • Oversee monthly caseloads averaging 450 cases and $1.75M in revenue.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers across specialties including Ortho, Vascular, ENT, and GI.
  • Manage partnerships with organizations like Kaiser to ensure operational excellence.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies to optimize surgical center performance.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the surgery center, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to maintain high-quality patient care standards.
  • Manage staffing, training, and development of the surgical center team.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced healthcare management certifications preferred.
