Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Track billable time and ensure accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Provide proactive support to attorneys and administrative staff, contributing to team success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred for enhanced qualifications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents and coordinating execution processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex legal matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, and online datasites.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and travel as needed to meet business demands.
