Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and manage product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Develop expertise in healthcare workflows, automation systems, and regulatory compliance to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions addressing complex healthcare challenges.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure product capabilities meet customer needs.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and reimbursement accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management within healthcare technology or operations, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in revenue cycle management, claims processing, and healthcare data workflows.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams in regulated environments ensuring compliance and innovation.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare compliance standards is essential.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise healthcare systems to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Preferred experience with AI-enabled product development and healthcare BPO operations.
