Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues promptly to maintain timelines.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold project standards.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and organizational policies effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Preferred 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
• Proven expertise in budget management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Experience with K-12 and municipal construction projects is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston and contribute to division growth actively.
