Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline generation.
- Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring policies.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across diverse business functions.
- Comfortable filling specialized sales roles and other critical positions.
