Overview

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top-tier sales professionals for diverse organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational hiring policies throughout recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support organizational diversity goals.
  • Provide exceptional communication and partnership with stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives to enhance organizational success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational hiring needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for various sales functions.
  • Support recruitment for specialized sales roles and other critical positions within the organization.
  • Contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives and organizational growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • 3–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales roles.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline generation.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring policies.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across diverse business functions.
  • Comfortable filling specialized sales roles and other critical positions.
  • Foundational understanding of sales terminology and current hiring trends.
