Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively.
