Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across all locations and service lines.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
- Proven success in leading multi-site physician practices or healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, and growth strategies.
- Experience with physician governance structures and organizational change management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead through transformation and drive operational excellence.
