Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Active Maryland Property and Casualty License, maintained in good standing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related roles; internships acceptable.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales technology platforms; strong data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with outbound calls and emails.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel regularly and perform repetitive keyboarding tasks consistently.
