Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and sustain relationships with brokers, consultants, and targeted clients to foster business growth.
- Lead the sales process, including presentations, negotiations, and proposal development, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and legal adherence in all sales activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track progress and refine strategies as needed.
- Participate in client implementation processes to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
- Travel extensively to meet clients and prospects, building rapport and trust to strengthen relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development; 7 years preferred.
- Prior experience in claims management, insurance, or risk management is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools for data analysis and tracking.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to meet clients and prospects.
