Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, fiduciaries, corporations, and partnerships.
- Manage engagement workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services tailored to client needs.
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, enhancing their technical and professional skills.
- Conduct tax research and apply technical expertise to complex tax matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Identify and resolve tax risk management issues collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic tax initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
- CPA license is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or a CPA firm.
- Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax, tax research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
