Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and execute the digital roadmap for international business units, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and customer needs.
  • Lead omnichannel planning and measurement frameworks integrated into brand planning processes.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and campaign orchestration strategies using advanced digital insights.
  • Embed global digital capabilities and best practices, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.
  • Advocate for digital literacy and capability-building within brand teams to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Establish global standards for digital strategy execution and measurement across channels.
  • Perform vendor and platform evaluations to ensure scalability and alignment with ROI objectives.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of digital initiatives and provide actionable insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy and omnichannel marketing.
  • Proven ability to scale omnichannel programs and drive measurable impact on commercial performance.
  • Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and digital performance measurement tools.
  • Strong change management skills and ability to lead organizational transformation.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, user experience, and digital transformation.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and passion for innovation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
