Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop segmentation, targeting, and campaign orchestration strategies using advanced digital insights.
- Embed global digital capabilities and best practices, including CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with 7-10 years of experience in digital strategy and omnichannel marketing.
- Proven ability to scale omnichannel programs and drive measurable impact on commercial performance.
- Experience with CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and digital performance measurement tools.
- Strong change management skills and ability to lead organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, user experience, and digital transformation.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and passion for innovation.
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
