Overview

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.

- Ensure adherence to construction plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and trade partners to resolve field issues.

- Document daily reports, track progress, and coordinate inspections with local officials.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee daily field operations from project initiation to closeout, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Enforce site safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, communicate with local officials, and ensure quality control.
- Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain project records.
- Track progress, document daily reports, and proactively address construction challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve field issues and maintain project budgets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications like OSHA 30 preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects across various sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Stable work history and a team-oriented mindset.
- Preferred experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or healthcare construction projects.
