Overview

  • Drive innovation in construction methodologies, leveraging expertise in tilt-wall and finish-out projects.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes throughout all project phases.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools to optimize resource allocation and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project workflow and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety protocols throughout project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in tilt-wall construction and industrial, retail, and corporate finish-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work on-site, overseeing project execution and team coordination.
