Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide detailed updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction processes.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Ensure proper documentation of project activities and compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of tilt-wall, light industrial, and manufacturing construction practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between project locations as required.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all operations.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules for large-scale construction projects.
