Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across reporting systems and platforms.
- Prepare and analyze monthly variance reports to guide strategic business decisions.
- Upload, verify, and maintain financial data integrity in Hyperion and related systems.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor spending and identify optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate month-end close processes and develop financial models for decision support.
- Analyze quarterly reserves and maintain cost pools and allocations for business units.
- Oversee inventory revaluation processes and manage consignment inventory effectively.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing detailed financial analyses and recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Hyperion and Made-to-Manage (M2M).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and strategic planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing ambiguity.
