Job Description

Overview

  • Support talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles across the Americas.
  • Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and schedule interviews using ATS systems and Outlook.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers to monitor recruitment progress.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
  • Engage with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Adapt quickly to the fast-paced manufacturing industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review resumes and applications within the ATS system for manufacturing roles.
  • Screen candidates via phone and document findings in Word.
  • Schedule in-person interviews using Outlook and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain Excel trackers to monitor hiring progress.
  • Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the manufacturing sector.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance standards.
