Overview
- Support talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles across the Americas.
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and schedule interviews using ATS systems and Outlook.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers to monitor recruitment progress.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
- Work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
- Engage with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Adapt quickly to the fast-paced manufacturing industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review resumes and applications within the ATS system for manufacturing roles.
- Screen candidates via phone and document findings in Word.
- Schedule in-person interviews using Outlook and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Update and maintain Excel trackers to monitor hiring progress.
- Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the manufacturing sector.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
