Overview
- Support recruitment efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles across the Americas as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling using ATS and other tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers for recruitment activities in Excel and Word documents.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to dynamic manufacturing industry needs.
- Utilize Outlook to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Review resumes and applications within ATS to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates via phone interviews, documenting notes and assessments.
- Schedule in-person and virtual interviews using Outlook and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers in Excel for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Provide recommendations for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the fast-paced demands of the manufacturing industry.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; 4 years preferred.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry recruitment needs.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
