Job Description

Overview

  • Support recruitment efforts for manufacturing and engineering roles across the Americas as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling using ATS and other tools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers for recruitment activities in Excel and Word documents.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to dynamic manufacturing industry needs.
  • Utilize Outlook to coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review resumes and applications within ATS to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen candidates via phone interviews, documenting notes and assessments.
  • Schedule in-person and virtual interviews using Outlook and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers in Excel for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Provide recommendations for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the fast-paced demands of the manufacturing industry.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in recruitment preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing industry recruitment needs.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
