Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily

Overview

• Assist in managing multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Support the project manager in overseeing subcontractors and vendors for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
• Participate in client meetings to address project requirements and updates.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts to mitigate risks and resolve project challenges.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules for efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with subcontractor management and vendor coordination.
