Overview

  • Serve as a key member of the finance team, managing fund operations and reporting for a closed-end fund.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while optimizing fund performance.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee fund accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • Preferred 12 years of experience in senior finance positions.
  • Strong knowledge of closed-end fund operations and regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to fund management.
