Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and inspire a team of engineers, driving innovation and technical excellence in product design and development.
  • Oversee the engineering lifecycle, ensuring adherence to quality standards and manufacturability requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison, facilitating communication and resolving challenges with customer engineering teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the engineering department.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and mentor engineering team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  • Develop and implement design standards and processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering leadership within industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions.
