Overview

  • Develop and implement engineering standards, processes, and best practices to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and mentor the engineering team, ensuring effective workload distribution and professional development.
  • Oversee the design lifecycle, establishing standards and processes for manufacturable and high-quality designs.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison with customer engineering teams, supporting design reviews and technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure design feasibility and production readiness.
  • Drive innovative solutions to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and collaboration within the engineering team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing with engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in hands-on product development and technical leadership.
  • Ability to drive innovative design solutions and improve product reliability and performance.
  • Knowledge of engineering standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
