- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, timesheets, safety audits, and project drawings.
- Ensure cost control and quality standards are met throughout project execution.
- Conduct walkthroughs and address punch list items post-project completion.

- Mediate on-site personnel conflicts to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
