Overview
- Lead the development and execution of a global operating model, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and operational excellence.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across data programs and robotics deployments, focusing on quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Build and scale a high-performing operations team, including program managers, analysts, and deployment leaders.
- Establish operational intelligence frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and board reporting systems.
- Develop risk frameworks and compliance measures to ensure operational resilience and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into operational outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the operations team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and implement the company-wide operating model, including governance, KPIs, and decision frameworks.
- Manage the operating cadence through structured business reviews and strategic roadmaps.
- Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and operational goals.
- Develop and mentor team members, building a robust management layer and fostering leadership growth.
- Implement operational intelligence systems for near-real-time reporting and decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 7 years in senior operations leadership roles, including Head of Operations or equivalent.
- Proven experience in scaling teams and managing distributed, multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement operating models and governance frameworks.
- Strong background in robotics, AI/ML, or operationally complex industries is preferred.
- Fluency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in international operations and managing vendor ecosystems is a plus.
