Overview

  • Manage Human Resources operations for a mid-sized organization, ensuring compliance and operational excellence across multiple sites.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering professional growth and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead HR team in delivering exceptional services to employees and management.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Manage HR compliance initiatives, including SOX controls and audit readiness.
  • Implement HR process improvements and technology solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and leadership development programs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in management roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, with expertise in SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in SOX compliance and audit readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions for geographically dispersed teams.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
