Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in management roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, with expertise in SuccessFactors preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple states.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in SOX compliance and audit readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions for geographically dispersed teams.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
