Project Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the primary liaison between front office business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Lead project planning, execution, status reporting, and governance activities to ensure project success.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive alignment and collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and presentations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring effective escalation and resolution strategies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project execution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
• 5-7+ years of project management experience within financial services or investment banking environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional business and technology initiatives effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery processes.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies preferred.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite for project management.
• Exposure to data, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
