Overview
- Provide skilled nursing care and supervision in both field and office settings.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct supervision visits and evaluate patient conditions in the field.
- Complete aide orientation sessions monthly to ensure quality care delivery.
- Perform thorough physical assessments and document findings.
- Initiate and implement preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Observe patient progress and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and families on managing health conditions effectively.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning conferences.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and healthcare regulations.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or equivalent required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with 1-2 years of experience.
- Comfortable working in both field and office environments.
- Experience with patients having dementia or tuberculosis preferred.
- Strong documentation and patient assessment skills.
- Ability to drive and travel for field visits as required.
- Knowledge of preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
