Job Description

Overview

  • Provide leadership and oversight for clinical staff and patient care operations in a dynamic Ambulatory Surgery setting.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Support staff performance and development through training, mentoring, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referring offices, and administrative teams to optimize operations.
  • Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a strong team.
  • Monitor budgets, supplies, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive care environment.
  • Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure optimal staffing and workflow.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage staff and patient interactions effectively.
