Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- License to practice as a registered nurse or physical therapist in NY state.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of management-level experience in a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and set priorities effectively.
