Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update loan servicing systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Process transactional activities and support full loan lifecycle management.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI.
- Enhance reporting for borrower statements, loan tapes, and investor communications.
- Collaborate with management to review and improve reporting methods.
- Automate and streamline operational processes for efficiency.
- Support external communication regarding reporting requirements and inquiries.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 1-3 years of experience in the real estate or related industry preferred.
