Overview

  • Serve as the face of the client’s brand at university campuses.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with academic leadership and campus influencers to build strong partnerships.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Represent the client at campus networking and industry events.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to final offer.
  • Travel to core campuses to maintain a high-visibility presence.
  • Act as a strategic architect for entry-level talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle campus recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and recruitment metrics analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms like Handshake and Workday preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak recruitment seasons.
  • Experience in competitive industries such as finance, technology, or consulting is a plus.
