Overview

  • Support full life-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilize advanced applicant tracking systems to manage applications and enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Source candidates through innovative methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter and external platforms.
  • Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and external partners to meet recruitment needs effectively.
  • Analyze recruitment data to assess diversity and improve hiring strategies.
  • Research and implement new sourcing technologies to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain organized recruiting resources and ensure up-to-date contact information.
  • Support agency engagements for permanent and temporary hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage job postings, resume reviews, and candidate screenings to identify top talent.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Utilize ATS systems for applicant tracking, notifications, and process optimization.
  • Run recruitment reports to evaluate candidate attraction and diversity metrics.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to implement recruitment initiatives and fulfill staffing needs.
  • Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods to enhance talent acquisition.
  • Support recruitment inbox management and external agency engagements for hires.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Experience with data tracking and monitoring recruitment metrics is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic work environments.
