Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage multiple executive calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and prioritization.

- Prepare and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Format and distribute internal and external communications such as memos and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables are met efficiently.
- Provide support beyond typical work hours when necessary to meet executive needs.
- Assist in scheduling and managing global travel across multiple time zones.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in finance or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
