Overview
- Serve as a critical link between business needs and technical solutions in a hybrid work environment.
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support, assisting with ERP system workflows and Windows 11 migration.
- Evaluate processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Support enterprise AI integration and ensure compliance with corporate data privacy standards.
- Manage user lifecycle, including account provisioning and ERP access control.
- Analyze helpdesk and ERP data to identify trends and suggest proactive solutions.
- Perform testing and implementation of ERP workflows to meet business objectives.
- Maintain security systems and enforce endpoint protection protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide first-level resolution for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support ERP user account management, including role-based access control and troubleshooting.
- Assist users with ERP modules, resolving data entry or report errors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend system-enabled improvements.
- Develop and execute test plans for ERP workflows to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage workstation imaging and compatibility during the Windows 11 transition.
- Enforce security policies, including MFA and endpoint protection protocols.
- Support enterprise AI assistants, assisting users with prompt engineering and tool navigation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 3–4 years of experience in IT support or business analysis roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Office 365, Windows 10/11 administration, and desktop support.
- Experience with AD, IPSec VPNs, MFA, and XDR systems.
- Eagerness to adopt AI-assisted workflows and integrate enterprise AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to analyze data and recommend proactive technical solutions.
- Experience in managing user lifecycle and ERP access control.
