Assistant Superintendent

Overview

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet construction goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction operations ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project workflow.

• Facilitate communication between construction teams and project management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Preferred 15 years of experience in construction supervision or leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex construction challenges.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
