Overview
- Support project managers in overseeing commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
- Assist in managing resources, including materials, personnel, and equipment, for optimal project execution.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Contribute to the resolution of project-related issues and challenges effectively.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
- Support the implementation of project strategies to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and report deviations from planned timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Support the project team in maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial construction projects.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in healthcare or industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of the full project life cycle and construction processes.
- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments within the Front Range area.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage project documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.
