Overview

  • Serve as a Senior Financial Analyst in a hybrid work environment, contributing to strategic financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and translate them into actionable analytical approaches.
  • Develop insights across major expense categories, including real estate, travel, and technology investments.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting.
  • Communicate findings through presentations, visualizations, and written reports tailored to internal clients.
  • Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities across financial analysis workflows.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and data teams to scale reporting through dashboards and automated outputs.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments, forming hypotheses and defining methodologies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyze key financial categories to identify trends, cost drivers, and optimization opportunities.
  • Structure and execute analyses in ambiguous or open-ended problem spaces.
  • Synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting.
  • Communicate findings through presentations, visualizations, and written reports tailored to internal clients.
  • Drive process improvements by identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence and data teams to scale reporting through dashboards and automated outputs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business questions and translate needs into actionable analytical approaches.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience analyzing cost structures or large expense categories preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or programming languages such as Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently structure and execute analyses.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
