Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles with precision and expertise.
- Collect, label, centrifuge, and store specimens in accordance with testing protocols.
- Ensure accurate matching of laboratory requisitions to specimen tubes to prevent errors.
- Package specimens securely for transport, maintaining their integrity throughout the process.
- Respond to inquiries and provide laboratory results promptly and accurately.
- Comply with safety regulations and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment consistently.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
- Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience; 2 years preferred for advanced proficiency.

- Knowledge of OSHA and DEP regulations for laboratory safety and compliance.
