POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Recruiting Account Manager/Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic IT recruiting division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead full-desk recruiting efforts, connecting top IT talent with industry-leading organizations across the East Coast. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive full-desk recruiting strategies for IT roles, ensuring successful candidate placements.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand client base and enhance service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and hiring demands to inform recruitment strategies and business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to align recruitment approaches with client needs and industry dynamics.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and staffing agreements to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Participate in networking events to enhance industry presence and attract top IT talent.
  • Provide exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process to clients and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of agency recruiting experience or 1 year of IT industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in IT recruitment strategies and staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and drive strategic decisions.
