Overview

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced RPA solutions to streamline business operations and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all automation activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot deployed RPA bots and workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document automation designs, configurations, and processes to support operational transparency and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging RPA technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.
• Develop expertise in industry operations to align automation solutions with organizational goals.
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical proficiency in RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, test, and deploy RPA workflows that meet security and performance standards.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots, resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement logging and auditing mechanisms to ensure compliance and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop tailored automation strategies.
• Document system designs and operational processes to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to security protocols, promptly addressing discrepancies or suspicious activities.
• Contribute to enterprise-level projects, leveraging expertise in automation technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers in automation practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development or process automation, including RPA solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and ability to create automated solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy laws, and automation best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.
• UiPath certification or equivalent training in RPA technologies preferred.
• Experience in financial institutions and understanding of financial regulations is advantageous.
