Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure worksite.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and educational construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
