Overview
- Lead a large-scale mobile device deployment initiative across multiple locations within New York City.
- Serve as the onsite lead, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with project objectives.
- Provide hands-on leadership and technical support during enterprise technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and coordinate teams of field technicians during daily deployment activities.
- Deploy and replace mobile devices for end users in enterprise environments.
- Support device enrollment and configuration through Mobile Device Management platforms.
- Conduct device handoff sessions and provide basic user orientation.
- Track and inventory deployed equipment and maintain accurate asset records.
- Generate daily deployment status reports and communicate progress to management.
- Troubleshoot device provisioning, connectivity, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate onsite activities with customer representatives and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading field deployment teams in enterprise IT environments.
- Proven expertise in Mobile Device Management platforms such as Workspace ONE or Intune.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to mobile devices and end-user computing.
- Experience supporting mobile carrier activations and device provisioning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shifts as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel across NYC boroughs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
