Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Architect and implement embedded firmware systems from concept through production stages.
  • Lead schematic development for microcontroller-based systems, power conversion, and motor drives.
  • Develop real-time, safety-critical embedded software with exceptional reliability and performance.
  • Drive integration across sensors, actuators, and control hardware for scalable operations.
  • Execute advanced testing methodologies and validation processes for mission-critical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across the system stack.
  • Influence cross-functional architecture and engineering direction as a recognized technical authority.
  • Elevate engineering standards and mentor senior engineers within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical design and embedded firmware development.
  • Expertise in microcontroller-based systems, power electronics, and motor control technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python for embedded systems.
  • Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and kernel customization for specialized platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, CAN, UART, and I2C.
  • Proven ability to optimize embedded software for low latency and high performance.
  • Familiarity with safety certification standards and regulatory requirements in relevant industries.
