Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred.
- Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in hospice or home health care.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
- Proficiency in crisis intervention, pain management, and family counseling.
- Computer proficiency, including experience with electronic medical record systems.
- Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
