Overview

  • Lead transformative initiatives to optimize operations within a dynamic private wealth management environment, enhancing scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align operational strategies with organizational goals and future-state models.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to modernize workflows while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational excellence across the organization.
  • Provide executive-level recommendations on governance frameworks, role alignment, and workflow redesign.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI to ensure sustainability of implemented changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial modeling insights into operational strategies.
  • Drive adoption of new processes through effective change management and training programs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current processes to identify inefficiencies and prioritize enhancements.
  • Design and deploy scalable solutions to improve operations and client experiences.
  • Develop future-state operating models with clear workflows, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor and ensure the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Lead training initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and operational improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to integrate capacity planning and financial modeling insights.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement or strategic program management.
  • Extensive expertise in financial services, particularly within private wealth management.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and operational efficiency frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and driving adoption in complex organizations.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills to evaluate business opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in establishing governance frameworks and monitoring operational effectiveness.
