Interior Designer

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and present interior design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit software.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project execution.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality.
• Research and select materials, furniture, and finishes for projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Art in Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design; 6 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit software for design and documentation.
• NCIDQ certification preferred for enhanced credibility.
• Experience in multifamily and senior living design projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
