Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build, edit, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and workflows.
- Ensure content accuracy, localization readiness, and timely publishing across multiple sites.
- Diagnose and resolve authoring, rendering, and publishing issues within AEM and third-party services.
- Monitor page performance metrics and recommend optimizations for improved efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve site defects and accessibility issues.
- Collaborate with development vendors to improve template efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- Document common issues and resolutions in a comprehensive runbook for future reference.
- Explore and implement AI capabilities to enhance digital operations and customer experiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or content publishing.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and web fundamentals like HTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and QA testing tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles, metadata, and site taxonomy best practices.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital compliance requirements.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
