- Coordinate vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports, providing insights for financial decisions.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Lead strategic initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and compliance standards.
- Experience in high-volume organizations with multiple locations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
